Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026 · Stable Product Release

By acquiring, downloading, installing, or operating the Namaz Call Blocker (NCB) application package (founded and developed by Mohd Danish) on your personal mobile hardware, you unconditionally consent to comply with the stipulations, rules, and liabilities listed below.

1. Free End-User License

NCB is developed as a free utility to serve the global Muslim community. You are permitted to:

  • Install and run the software on personal handset devices for silence and Salah focus benefits.
  • Access, inspect, and evaluate open source components to verify our commitment to on-device standalone mechanics.
  • You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, modifying, repackaging, cloning, or distributing this utility for commercial resale.

2. Limitations of Technical Liability & Call Screening Consistency

Namaz Call Blocker processes call interception routines natively utilizing internal Android OS API capabilities (specifically the CallScreeningService API). Call screening rates, automated reply deliveries, or audio volume suppression states can run into conflicts based on:

  • Aggressive manufacturer-specific battery saver routines (e.g., brand-specific background limits like Samsung Device Care, Xiaomi battery optimization, or Doze Mode). Users are advised to disable battery optimization configurations specifically for NCB to ensure stable operation.
  • Target device cellular network reception status or carrier line stability.
  • System resource blocks or other concurrent dialer screen programs installed by the user.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The application is delivered “AS IS” and "AS AVAILABLE" without any form of warranty. The developers accept no liability, legal or monetary, for missed notifications, emergency call screening errors, or unexpected handset charges incurred from custom SMS replies.

3. Carrier Tariff Rules & SMS Outbox Use

If you decide to enable the optional "Auto-Reply SMS Messages" function, outgoing texts are sent directly via your device’s cellular radio transmitter. Since SMS deliveries are processed by your physical network carrier, standard SMS tariffs and sending costs will apply in full according to your carrier plan. The application is completely free to use, but can never bypass your cellular company's direct message toll rates.

4. Salah Calculation & Timing Accuracy

As prayer timings vary dynamically based on astronomical calculations and geolocal methods (e.g., University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi; ISNA; Muslim World League, etc.), the user holds absolute responsibility to configure or verify computed Salah windows and adjustments. The developer takes no responsibility for calls that ring due to minor calculation discrepancies with your local mosque timetable.

5. In-App Third-Party Advertisements (Google AdMob)

To maintain Namaz Call Blocker as a free service without mandatory subscription fees, the application displays third-party advertisements delivered via Google AdMob. By using the application, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advertisements, commercial links, banners, or sponsored content may be presented within non-prayer screens of the app.
  • The display of any advertisement does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or warranty by Mohd Danish or Namaz Call Blocker regarding the quality, safety, authenticity, or legality of any advertised product, service, or organization.
  • Any dealings, interactions, or purchases made between you and any third-party advertiser are solely between you and that third party. The developer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from your interactions with advertisers.
